The solar junction box character and advantage are as following:
Box Material：SABIC PPO(PX9406P)(f1) for open-air engineering plastic ，weather fastness is good，Flame Class：UL94V-0
Metal Material：(C1100) Pure copper，Cu+Ag CuAg：≥99.90 %. Their conductivity and conductivity for heat are good.
Seal Material：Dow Corning flame resistant silicone，it is good at weather fastness、antivibration、moisture resistance、anticorrosive and thermostability.
Diode：Diode made by Diotec of Germany for PV module. Their electric property is better than other similar products, especially is better at heavy current and high voltage.
Connection of ribbons：Soldering or clamping is reliable for ribbons. Contact areas is larger and contact resistance is smaller.
Connection of Diodes：Contact areas of Diodes with metals are larger, thermolysis is good.
Assembly of cover with base：Cover connect with base to use spiale. They are convenient for opening and closing cover.
